What we collect: nothing from the calculators

Every number you enter into any CalculateZScore calculator is processed locally in your own browser by JavaScript running on your device. Those numbers are never sent to our servers, never written to a database, and never shared with anyone — because they never leave your device in the first place. We have no accounts, no signups, and no way to link a calculation to a person.

Cookies and tracking

We set no tracking cookies and run no behavioral analytics on your inputs. The site may in future use a privacy-friendly, aggregate page-view counter to understand which pages are popular; if that changes, this policy will be updated first. Share buttons on our pages are plain links — they load no third-party scripts and set no third-party cookies until you choose to click them.

Information you send us directly

If you email us at [email protected], we receive whatever you choose to include in that email — typically your name, email address, and message. We use it only to reply to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with anyone, and we do not add you to any mailing list (we do not run one).

Children's privacy

Our tools are educational and family-friendly, but the site itself collects nothing from anyone of any age. If you contact us about a child, please do not include the child's name or any identifying details — general questions are enough for us to help.

Data security and retention

Because we store no calculator inputs and keep no user accounts, there is no personal-data store to breach. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted on request at any time — just ask.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Since we hold essentially none beyond emails you send us, exercising these rights is simple: email [email protected] and we will confirm what, if anything, we hold and delete it on request.

If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date above will change and the new version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
